Baltic Ground Service (BGS), a ground handling service company and a subsidiary of Avia Solutions Group, has begun a new partnership with Romanian carrier FLYYO Airlines.
BGS will provide ground handling services for the airline for three years at Vilnius International Airport in Lithuania. Additionally, BGS and FLYYO Airlines have signed a contract for into-plane fuelling services at Vilnius and Kaunas International Airports.
The partnership between BGS and the airline marks FLYYO’s entry into the Lithuanian market, with its first flights set to start on May 15 this year.
The Romanian carrier will offer two weekly flights from Vilnius International Airport (VNO) to Tel Aviv Ben Gurion International Airport (TLV).

Looking to the future, the airline plans to launch scheduled operations in two years, with a start date in 2027.
