In a significant development, Damarel has been chosen by dnata Brazil to spearhead its digital transformation through the implementation of FiNDnet Enterprise, the latest edition of Damarel’s ground handling software suite.
This marks a crucial milestone in the ongoing collaboration between Damarel and dnata, underscoring the success of Damarel’s initiatives in various global regions.
With operations spanning nearly 30 stations and handling over 200,000 turns annually, dnata Brazil faces a substantial task in deploying FiNDnet Enterprise. However, the move is anticipated to bring about a substantial and positive transformation in their handling services.
FiNDnet Enterprise stands as a comprehensive ground handling software suite, offering ground handlers a unified platform to oversee all facets of their operations. Its implementation is expected to enhance operational efficiency and performance, elevate visibility and control, improve customer service, and drive cost reduction.
John Boult, Managing Director of Damarel, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “We are thrilled to collaborate with dnata Brazil in propelling their digital transformation journey with FiNDnet Enterprise.
“Brazil holds strategic importance for Damarel, and we are confident that FiNDnet Enterprise will enable dnata Brazil to maintain its reputation for delivering a world-class ground handling service.”
Phil McGrane, CEO of dnata Brazil, provided insight into the collaboration, stating, “While it is still early in our partnership with Damarel, we anticipate sharing more about the project’s progress by the end of 2024.
“Nevertheless, we can already observe tangible changes, including positive environmental impacts such as reduced paper usage at the bases where FiNDnet Enterprise has been implemented.”
