Power Stow recently welcomed customers and partners from across the aviation industry to a special event marking both a company milestone and the official launch of its new Power Stow Experience Center.

The event, hosted at Power Stow Americas’ headquarters near Atlanta, brought together representatives from leading airlines and ground handling companies, including American, United, Delta, Southwest, Alaska/Hawaiian, Air Canada, UPS, and WFS.

The gathering served as an opportunity to celebrate long-standing partnerships, share knowledge, and highlight a continued commitment to improving ramp operations worldwide.

The newly launched Experience Center provides a dedicated environment where customers can engage directly with Power Stow’s solutions, explore real-life applications, and collaborate on future developments.

During its opening week, the facility hosted both a customer celebration and a Safety Summit, underscoring the company’s strong focus on safety, efficiency, and operator well-being.

“Bringing our customers together in this setting was incredibly valuable,” said Henriette Holmberg Olsen, CEO of Power Stow.

“Our journey has always been driven by close collaboration with the people who use our solutions every day.

“The Experience Center is a natural extension of that approach — a place where we can learn from each other and continue to raise the standard for ramp operations.”

Founded in 2003, Power Stow is a family-owned engineering and manufacturing company headquartered in Gadstrup, Denmark, with additional production facilities in the United States.

Since introducing its Rollertrack Conveyor technology, the company has grown into a global leader in extendable belt loader solutions, serving major airports, airlines, and ground handlers around the world.

The event not only marked a moment of reflection on the company’s progress, but also reinforced its forward-looking ambition to drive innovation in baggage handling through strong customer partnerships.

Ken Brown, President of Power Stow Americas, added: “This event was about recognising the relationships that have shaped our journey.

“We are proud of what we have achieved together with our customers and look forward to continuing that collaboration in the years ahead.”

With the opening of the Experience Center, Power Stow strengthens its commitment to customer engagement, innovation, and safer, more efficient ground handling operations.
