Trieste International Airport Embarks on Innovative Journey with ADB SAFEGATE’s Airside 4.0 Wireless Cloud Solution

Aeroporto Friuli Venezia Giulia SpA (Trieste International Airport) together with ADB SAFEGATE has announced the commencement of a 2-year Innovation Trial Project.

This initiative aims to revolutionize airside operations through full cloud deployment and seamless integration of airport assets via wireless connectivity.

The collaboration springs from Trieste Airport’s recent strategic acquisition and deployment of three advanced docking systems.

Leveraging ADB SAFEGATE’s state-of-the-art cloud-hosted AiPRON Manager, the airport now enjoys the benefits of cutting-edge wireless connectivity solutions.

These technological advancements pave the way for multi-dimensional evaluation aimed at enhancing operational efficiencies, digitization, and automation across the board.

Marco Consalvo, CEO of Trieste International Airport, shared his enthusiasm about the project’s launch, stating, “This monumental step signifies our relentless pursuit of digital transformation and operational excellence.
