Skyway Aviation plan to go public in Nigeria

Skyway Aviation is reportedly making plans to enlist on the Nigerian Stock Exchange, offering public shares into the company.

The managing director of the African ground handler, Basil Agboarumi apparently stated to ‘newsmen’ that the company is looking to list on the NSE.

According to the Eagle Online, he stated: “It will happen very soon.”

“The management and board are ready to offer SAHCOL on the floor of the NSE.”

“We are discussing with the Bureau of Public Enterprise and the Securities and Exchange Commission and other necessary authorities to make this happen.”
